Each service plan agreement will run for a minimum period of twelve months.
If an agreement is amended (such as upgrading from a single to a multi plan) during this term, a new agreement may be started (resetting the minimum twelve month period). In such cases, the minimum period of twelve months will start from the start date of their most recent agreement for the product(s).
After this period the customer may cancel by following the appropriate cancellation policy. Please see “Cancellations” for more information.
