Products can be added to any customer record very easily by following these steps:

1. Open the customer record (for more information see Customers)
2. Click “Add Product”
3. Enter the following information:
   Model No: model number of product
   Product Group: select the product group type which best describes the product
   Make: make of product
   Serial: serial number of product (optional)
   Purchase Date: purchase date of product (optional)
4. Click “Add Product”
