The details of a product can be changed in a couple of different ways.
First Method
Go to an existing repair for the product, which has not been invoiced off, and:
- click on ‘update’
- amend the details in the fields in the top-left of the screen
- click ‘update’ to save your changes
Second Method
- open the customer record (see ‘Searching Customers‘)
- under the products section, double-click on the field you would like to amend
- make your changes and press the return key
Please note: you will not be able to amend the model number using this method.
