This feature has been designed to be used where a manager’s intervention (or escalation) on a job has been required.

Marking a job as Management Intervention has the following implications:

• ‘Management Intervention’ will appear on the job with a red background so that it is brought to the attention of any staff viewing the job
• The engineer who has attended to the job first will be penalised on their engineer’s points.

How to apply Management Intervention to a job:

1. On the job click ‘Update’
2. Tick the ‘Management Intervention’ box
3. Click ‘Update’
