The Plan View is a great tool which allows you to see nearby jobs to the postcode you have entered. By using this tool to offer customers appointments, based on dates/times suitable to your business, you can cluster your engineer’s jobs closer together to improve efficiency.
How to Use Plan View:
- In the Accordion, enter the customer’s postcode in the field named “Diary bookings”
- Click the “Plan” icon next to it
- Google Maps screen will appear with markers
Definition of Markers:
MO = Monday
TU = Tuesday
WE = Wednesday
TH = Thursday
FR = Friday
SA = Saturday
SU = Sunday
Initials under the markers = your engineer’s initials
Orange = morning job
Yellow = afternoon job
Green = all day job
Purple = evening job
Green border = engineer has available capacity
Black border = engineer is at full capacity
Red border = engineer is over-booked
