There are a couple of Google Maps views that you can use to optimise your engineers’ routes for efficiency:

Individual Engineer Day View = this shows you all of the jobs for that engineer, for that day. This is the small yellow marker next to the engineer’s initials in the diary view screen.

All Engineers Day View = this shows all of the jobs for all engineers, for that day. This is the circle with the three markers inside it, to the right of each grey header for each day in the diary view screen.

How to Access The Diary View Screen

First Method

Click the “calendar” icon next to the “Job Ref” field in the Accordion

Second Method

From a job repair screen, click the “calendar” icon from the row of icons.
Please note: using this method will also show a blue star in the map (which signifies the location of the job you opened the map from)
