Customer Account Notes

There are times when you may wish to record notes for specific customers rather than specific jobs. In these cases the customer account notes feature becomes very useful. Example; you may wish to record a different charging agreement for that specific customer on all jobs you carry out on their behalf.

  1. Open the customer record
  2. Click then pencil icon next to the “Customer Address” header
  3. Enter your notes inside the “Notes” box and click “Update” to save changes
