Below is a list of additional services available to franchisees, provided by the franchisor (please note: available services may change without notice):

Virtual Call Centre

The franchisor, through Glotech Repairs, is able to provide a virtual call centre service to franchisees. This service would cover:

• answering incoming calls inc. booking repair services onto the franchisee’s CRM system
• taking messages
• offering voicemail services including forwarding voicemails via email

Virtual Call Centre pricing

The Virtual Call Centre service costs £1.51 per call or voicemail. Pricing excludes VAT at the prevailing rate.
