Upgrading from a Single Plan to a Multi Plan

If a customer has an existing single appliance service plan and wants to upgrade to a multi plan, the following will apply:

If a customer wants to upgrade to a multi plan because another appliance requires a repair:

  • they can only upgrade after having their single plan for a minimum 30 days
  • their upgrade will cover the repair of one new appliance (in addition to the repair being done to their original product)
  • the further 3 appliances no repair can be raised within the first 30 days of the multi plan
  • their agreement will renew for a new min. 12 month period

If no repair is required to additional appliances:

  • they can upgrade from their single plan within the first 30 days if they want
  • the further 4 appliances no repair can be raised within the first 30 days of the multi plan
  • their agreement will new for a new min. 12 month period
