Removing Diary Bookings

Removing a diary booking from a customer record can be done by:

  1. opening the Diary View by clicking on either of the “calendar” icons located in the Accordion or on a customer repair job screen
  2. locating the diary booking
  3. right-clicking and selecting “delete booking”

Please note: diary bookings can only be deleted by users with an access level of “User” or above, and engineers cannot remove diary bookings by default.
