The Accordion pane is a top-level feature which always resides on the left hand side of the screen (but can be collapsed by clicking the icon with the ‘”two arrows”).

Accordion allows the user to quickly perform multiple search functions at a glance. Multiple jobs can be opened at the same time and each job will appear as a tab.

Examples

Open private jobs

1. Tick ‘Private Jobs’
2. Click ‘Search’

All open jobs in a particular status

1. Select the desired status from the ‘Job Status’ list
2. Click ‘Search’

Completed jobs that need invoicing

1. Select ’99: Complete’ from the ‘Job Status’ list
2. Click ‘Search’

All open jobs for a particular customer

1. Enter the customer’s code in the ‘Cust Code’ field
2. Select ‘Incomplete’ from ‘Job Progress’
3. Click ‘Search’

Handy tip!

Before performing any Accordion search functions, click the ‘Reset’ button to remove any previous search criteria.
