Recalls are jobs where attendance is required under any guarantee provided to the customer for previous work carried out, for which a new labour charge does not apply. Jobs marked as recalls also affect the engineers points.

Recall jobs can be created in two ways:

First method

1. Open a previous job for the product
2. Click the ‘recall’ button from the top-right of the job screen
3. Tick the ‘recall’ button (not ticking this will simply create a new job without marking it as a recall)
4. Enter the fault description
5. Click ‘create repair’

Second method

1. Search for the customer’s record
2. Next to the desired product click the ‘create’ button
3. Enter the requested information. See creating jobs for more information
4. Click ‘create repair’
5. Click ‘update’ from the top-right of the job screen
6. Tick the ‘recall’ button
7. Click ‘update’
