By default every new job created will automatically have triage applied. The idea behind this feature is to allow for a ‘technical’ member of staff go through all the triage jobs on a daily basis and add any helpful notes for the attending engineer, or add any spare parts which may be worth attending with in order to attend a first time fix.
How to search for triage jobs:
- In Accordion tick the ‘triage’ box
- Click ‘Search’
How to remove triage on jobs:
- On the job click ‘Update’
- Untick ‘Triage’
- Click ‘Update’ to save the changes

we recommend going through triage jobs on a daily basis to get the most out of this feature. Removing the triage status from a job after finishing ensures your triage list remains as short and up-to-date as possible.
