Where products are beyond economical repair, they can be marked as BER on the job. Doing this will have the following impact:

1. allow you to quickly search for jobs in this status from the Accordion (handy in finding jobs where you may want to send the customer replacement appliance quotations)
2. the engineer’s points

Please follow this process to mark a job as BER:

1. On the job click on ‘Update’
2. Tick the ‘BER’ box
3. ‘Click ‘Update’ to save the changes
