There are times when you may find that you have multiple accounts for the same customer, and would like to merge them all into one for easier management. This can be done easily by following this process:
- Open the customer record you would like to merge into another
- Click the pencil icon next to the “Customer Address” heading
- Click the pencil icon next to the “Cust Code’ icon
- On the pop-up menu, enter the customer code of the record you would like to merge this record into and click “Move”
- You will be shown a warning asking if you would like to merge records, click “yes”.
Example
If you would like to merge records ANDY1364 and ANDY6473 into one, ANDY6473, open the customer record for ANDY1364 and enter the customer code ANDY6473.
